For this reason, the quality approach constitutes the core foundation of all research, analysis, and publication activities conducted by the Association.

For USAD, quality does not represent a technical procedure, but rather an expression of institutional discipline, intellectual responsibility, and public credibility.

All studies conducted within USAD are prepared on the basis of transparent and well-justified methodologies. Assumptions, findings, and projections are clearly distinguished from one another.

Knowledge production is built not on personal opinion, but on analysis, comparison, and contextual evaluation.

Multidisciplinary and Comparative Perspective

In USAD’s work, fields such as security, foreign policy, economics, energy, technology, and social transformation are not treated in isolation.

• National-level analyses are not detached from regional and global contexts.
