Quality Approach and Working Standards
USAD – International Strategic Research Association evaluates knowledge production not solely through its outcomes, but through the quality of its processes, methodologies, and analytical consistency. For this reason, the quality approach constitutes the core foundation of all research, analysis, and publication activities conducted by the Association.
For USAD, quality does not represent a technical procedure, but rather an expression of institutional discipline, intellectual responsibility, and public credibility.
Methodological Consistency in Knowledge Production
All studies conducted within USAD are prepared on the basis of transparent and well-justified methodologies. Assumptions, findings, and projections are clearly distinguished from one another.
- Concepts are employed in accordance with their established academic meanings.
- Analytical processes are designed to be traceable and reviewable.
- Conclusions are grounded in data and contextual analysis.
Knowledge production is built not on personal opinion, but on analysis, comparison, and contextual evaluation.
Multidisciplinary and Comparative Perspective
In USAD’s work, fields such as security, foreign policy, economics, energy, technology, and social transformation are not treated in isolation.
- National-level analyses are not detached from regional and global contexts.
- Comparative assessments with similar countries and institutional structures are conducted.
- Reductionist and single-dimensional explanations are avoided.
The objective is not narrow specialization, but the development of comprehensive and in-depth perspectives.
Editorial and Academic Review
Reports, analyses, and articles published by USAD are subject to editorial review in terms of content integrity, analytical depth, and linguistic consistency.
- Texts may be revised when necessary.
- Publication schedules may be postponed for quality-related reasons.
- Expert opinions may be incorporated into the review process.
Speed is never prioritized over quality standards.
Currency and Continuity
USAD recognizes that knowledge is not static, but open to reassessment in light of evolving conditions. Previous analyses may be updated or reconsidered based on new data and developments.
Institutional credibility is derived not from appearing infallible, but from intellectual honesty and continuity.
